1. What GO Accounting Is

GO Accounting is a tax organisation and bookkeeping tool for Canadians. It helps you organise your income, deductions, and financial records. It is not a licensed tax preparer, accounting firm, or financial advisor. Nothing in this service constitutes professional tax or financial advice.

2. Not Tax Advice

All calculations, estimates, and AI-generated analyses in GO Accounting are for informational and organisational purposes only. They do not constitute professional tax advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your tax return. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified CPA or tax professional before filing.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you enter
  • You are responsible for filing your own tax return with the CRA
  • You must keep your account credentials secure
  • You must not use GO Accounting for any unlawful purpose

4. Subscription and Payments

GO Accounting offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed annually. Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if you have not used the paid features. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

GO Accounting is provided "as is". We are not liable for any errors in tax calculations, missed deadlines, CRA penalties, or any other financial consequences arising from your use of this service. Your use of GO Accounting does not create a professional relationship of any kind.

6. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
